Over the course of his career, Clayton has held leadership and management roles with organizations including Giift, Two Rivers Lifestyle Centre, Okapi Finance International, Nakumatt Holdings, and I&M Bank. His expertise includes cross-border money movement, payments innovation, banking partnerships, digital commerce, loyalty ecosystems, strategic sales, P&L management, and market development. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Clayton is a devoted family man and proud father who believes strongly in the power of family, mentorship, and community. Born and raised in the informal settlements of Mathare, Nairobi, he understands firsthand the challenges faced by underserved communities.
